At Jigsaw, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed support for children, young people, adults and families across Gloucestershire. Our services help people improve their wellbeing, overcome challenges, build confidence and move towards brighter futures.
We understand that everyone's circumstances are different. Whether you're looking for therapeutic support, educational opportunities, youth activities, mentoring or practical guidance, our services are designed to meet people where they are and provide personalised support based on their needs.
Everything we do is built around trusted relationships, early intervention and a belief that people thrive when they feel safe, understood and empowered.
We provide trauma-informed mental health, wellbeing and therapeutic support for children, young people and families across Gloucestershire. Support can include help with emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma and other challenges affecting mental health and wellbeing.
Our approach is personalised, helping people feel heard, understood and supported while building confidence and developing strategies to manage challenges. All support is delivered by fully qualified, registered and insured therapists.
Children and young people today face unique pressures, from social media comparisons and academic stress to family instability and global uncertainty, often without a consistent adult they can turn to for support. This can contribute to anxiety, low mood, and other mental health struggles.
We provide practical and emotional support for children and young people who may be experiencing challenges with their mental health, wellbeing, relationships, education or everyday lives.
Our support provides a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where children and young people can feel heard and understood. We work alongside them and their families to build confidence, strengthen relationships and develop resilience.
Supporting community professionals across Gloucestershire, Jigsaw Community College (JCC) offers accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD), training and qualifications for community, youth and education professionals.
Our programmes include Level 2 and Level 3 Youth Work and Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and Colleges, designed to meet the practical needs of the local charity and education sector.
Our youth offer includes a youth club at Parry Hall and detached youth work in Tredworth and Barton. Youth Connect provides a vibrant, welcoming space where young people can connect, build skills, explore interests and take part in engaging activities, community projects and volunteering opportunities.
We provide personalised specialist tutoring and mentoring for young people accessing Exceptional Provision who have SEND and are unable to attend mainstream education across Gloucestershire.
Through personalised tutoring and mentoring programmes, we support individual learning needs, build confidence, and promote positive outcomes. Our tailored approach recognises each young person's circumstances, strengths and goals while ensuring each young person receives the right educational and emotional support to help them re-engage, progress and thrive.
Our services are designed to work together.
Someone may begin by accessing therapeutic support, then join Youth Connect, receive mentoring, complete a Community College course or access additional family support. By offering a connected range of services under one organisation, we can provide continuity of support as people's needs change.
This whole-person approach helps individuals and families build confidence, resilience and greater independence over time.
